Roots Restaurant is the fine dining outlet of Les Roches campus. Our concept is “Farm to Table” with a sustainable and zero waste approach. Under the supervision of the Chef and Service instructors, our students learn to showcase our regional producers, work with local flavors while being trained on innovative cooking and service techniques.
