LICENSE GRANT AND RESTRICTIONS The Company grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Property subject to the following restrictions: - You shall not copy, resell, distribute, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Property. - You must be at least 13 years old to use the Property. - You may not use the Property to damage or impair servers, or gain unauthorized access to accounts. The Company reserves the right to take legal or technical measures to enforce compliance. 3. ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY - You may need to create an account to access certain features. - You agree to provide accurate information and maintain confidentiality of your credentials. - The Company may suspend or terminate accounts that violate laws or infringe rights. - The Company maintains reasonable safeguards to protect user information. 4. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS The Property is licensed, not sold. The Company retains all ownership and intellectual property rights. The Agreement does not grant trademark or service mark rights. 5. USE OF PROPERTY When accessing the Property via mobile or data networks, you are responsible for all applicable charges. The Company is not liable for unauthorized credit card use or fraudulent transactions. 6. YOUR CONTENT By posting content (“Your Content”) on the Property: - You grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, adapt, publish, or distribute Your Content. - You warrant that you own or have the rights to Your Content and that it does not violate any laws or rights. - The Company may remove or refuse to publish Your Content at any time. 7. PRIVACY POLICY Your privacy is important to us. PRODUCTS, SERVICES & BOOKINGS By making bookings through the Property: - You warrant that all information provided is accurate. - The Company is not a travel agency and does not own or control third-party services displayed. - The Company is not liable for any actions or omissions by third-party suppliers. - You are responsible for complying with visa and travel requirements. 9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The Property and its content are provided “as is.” The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement. 10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law: - The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. - Total liability shall not exceed S$50. - Third-party service providers are independent contractors; the Company is not responsible for their conduct. 11. INDEMNITY You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the Property or violation of this Agreement. 12. COMMUNICATIONS CONSENT You consent to receive electronic communications (email or in-app notifications) regarding your account or Property-related updates. 13. TERMINATION The Company may terminate this Agreement and your access for reasons including fraud, illegal activity, or breach of terms. Any prepaid fees may be refunded on a pro-rata basis. 14. AMENDMENTS The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement or the Privacy Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on the Property and become effective immediately upon posting. 15. COMPETITIONS & NEWSLETTERS - The Company may conduct contests or send newsletters. - Reproduction or redistribution of newsletter material is prohibited without consent. - Contest winners agree to reasonable publicity use of their name and likeness. 16. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Disputes shall first be referred to mediation at the Singapore Mediation Centre, and if unresolved, arbitration at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). 17.
